It's not a free for all, "eat whatever you want", type of idea. A Nutrition Vacation is a strategic process for taking a mental break when it comes to your nutrition. It's a game plan that ensures you get "rest days" just like you do from the gym. It's an intentional way to make progress in an informed and balanced way.
