Mary Tilson is a Certified Professional Recovery Coach (IAPRC), Yoga & Meditation Teacher & the Founder of Sober Living. She’s been sober since April 27, 2013. 

After finding freedom from addiction, Mary’s life changed dramatically. She left a corporate career in Digital Advertising to pursue her dream of teaching yoga full-time. She started an international yoga & meditation retreat business in 2014, offering transformational journeys across Southeast Asia, Africa, and Central America which have been featured by Yoga Journal, Women’s Health Aus, and Compare Retreats.

In 2021, Mary founded Sun & Moon Sober Living to help end the stigma of addiction and support others in quitting drinking and building a fulfilling life alcohol-free. She leads group and 1:1 coaching, free virtual meetings, and hosts the Sun & Moon Sober Living Podcast.

When she’s not working on Sun & Moon Sober Living, Mary loves scuba diving, hiking and spending time with her family in the mountains of Colorado.
