In this episode we talk to Dr Jide Menekaya about the Trust's Community Neonatal Clinic, which was launched in 2021 as part of the pandemic response. It has since been highlighted by the RCPCH as an excellent example of pandemic-initiated service re-design, and discussed in Parliament as an exemplar of best practice for cross agency working.
