This short essay is the first in an occasional series about living exuberantly.  I call it Everyday Exuberance.

Here, I talk about bouncing back from disappointment with a little exercise that I call GLEE. (The letters stand for Gratitude, Love, Exuberance and Exuberant Good Health.)

Quick note: To really get back to a happier frame of mind, do three repetitions of this exercise.
