Jondi Whitis is a Master Trainer in EFT, which stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is commonly referred to as “Tapping.”
Jondi’s calling is helping others feel better fast and, in this episode, she talks about how these techniques work and what they can be used for.
In simple terms, EFT is an easily learned way to release emotional overwhelm, limiting beliefs and even physical pain. Plus, it's a drug-free method of working with the mind-body connection and can be used for self-help, peer-to-peer care and, in practiced hands, therapeutic care.
It also can help you develop new ways to overcome old problems, and experience life in happier, more productive ways.
Jondi is the co-author, with Deborah D. Miller, PhD, of the Compassion in Action handbook “Emotional First-Aid for Children: How to Quickly Help in Times of Trouble.” She also has published two “handy-dandy” guides about EFT. Her books are accessible, well written and nicely designed.
Please visit Jondi's website for more about her books and EFT. You may reach her directly by emailing jondi@eft4results.com.
