Its that time of year again, when The Sisterhood kicks off, and we couldn't be more excited. This month, and for each month for the rest of this year, we will be interviewing one of our beloved Sisters, on the theme for the month and what it means to them.
First up in 2021, we bring you the glorious Kirstie Kendrick, talking about the theme: Clarity is Queen. Kirstie has been part of The Sisterhood for over 3 years now, and she continues to just level the fuck up, show up, be vulnerable, brave, strong, and be a constant beam of JOY for me and her fellow sisters. And I know this goes beyond the Sister Table too.
We talk about calming your nervous system and listening to your heart, to bring in the clarity. Knowing that when you are out of alignment, things can get wonky, not just in your body but in your life. The power of being the decider in your life, and what it means for Kirstie to go after what she wants, taking imperfect heart driven action.
