How good is DIS ✌🏼
So simple + yet so powerful 👉🏼 to breathe deep, look around you, consider where you are at in your business, in your life, woth your fam + most precious loves, with all the choices you have made, feel into the good feels in your heart, and say to yourself “How good this THIS!”

GenGen @genandtonicart and I def had a *how good is DIS (aka THIS)* moment today - reflecting about how far we’ve come, what we feel excited about in the future, but more importantly what feels really good in the now - as we riffed imperfectly on The Project Podcast, from our hearts to yours, on the things we’ve been experiencing + learning as we make our way in the world as empowered heart driven creators* (if you’re wondering what the DIS is all about, be sure to read The Resilience Project by @hughvancuylenburg + it’ll all make sense. Hands down best bloody book we have both read this year).
