Beau Payne started out as a promising MLB prospect drafted by the Florida Marlins but his life and career were derailed due to abuse, drugs and alcohol. Beau battled a longtime addiction to benzodiazepines, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, alcohol and more. His addictions led him to homelessness on the streets, detox clinics, rehabs and many years in jails and prisons. Since his last use,  Beau finally surrendered to his disease and was able to get the help he needed to start his journey of redemption. He has been clean and sober since 2016 and his number one passion in life is to stay clean and sober and pass on his story to others in hopes that they don’t have to travel the path he travelled and become the recovery miracle that is out there waiting for them.
