Harold Fredrick Shipman was an English practitioner and considered the most prolific serial killer in modern history.
Convicted of 15 murders and an estimated 250 victims. not knowing when he started killing or exactly how many he murdered makes Harold extremely terrifying. This is a person who was to be trusted and he took advantage of the elderly and they paid with their lives.
