We discuss the history of Bewilder, Salt City Brew Supply and the some of the challenges in shifting from home brewing to actual brewery.
Ross discusses the difficulties in dealing with regulations in Utah and specifically Salt Lake City that accompany a brewery.
Stephen is open about being welcomed into the Utah community as he is transplant from out of state. He also discusses working at Salt City Brew Supply and becoming a head brewer. (very humble about the title)
