James Weed is the owner and operator of Solstice Malt, the only malt house in the state of Utah!
James and I geek out about the history of brewing, the science of malting and of course local beer in Utah.
James discusses his history in finance and how it helped in launching a business in his current passion, the malt house.
We also taste test local craft and cider in which Solstice malt was used.
