IT'S A NEW DECADE. In today’s episode I am sharing my words for 2020 and the lessons learned from an amazing yet uncomfortable 2019. Every now and then people need something to motivate them. They need to know that it’s okay to be excited and plan and want to shift in their lives. I’m cheering you on friends as you lie in the dark having these thoughts but don’t want to say it out loud because you don’t want to get dragged when your motivation gives out. We are not just planning for a new year but a new decade.
