Description

This is a strategy and quick practice to consistently drop into greater self-awareness throughout the day - have more calm, focus and authority over your emotions throughout the day. This is basically the essentials of mindfulness packed into 10 minutes or so. And like all mindful practices can be done quickly, compressed to a few minute check-in. For example:

1) How am I breathing?
2) How am I feeling? (scan body, name some emotions)
3) What are my thoughts doing?
4) What else is worth noticing?
5) What do I need right now?
