Andrew Hays is a master beer brewer, a lawyer, an entrepreneur and a world traveler. His firm, called HaysFirm LLC, is a collaborative partnership between Andrew and his wife, Antonia. It specializes in estate, probate, trust and business law, including restaurant law and obtaining liquor licenses.
Although the firm is based in Chicago, it’s set up intentionally to run from wherever Andrew and his family happen to be – whether that be Costa Rica, Croatia or Colorado. That model was inspired on a train station platform in 2014 – way before working from home became the thing it is today – and we’ll dig deep into that.
