With his background in manufacturing and chemical engineering, Gary Mottershead believes it’s important for specialists to consider themselves entrepreneurs first. In 1999, Gary founded GCP Industrial Products, which has grown to become the largest importer of sheet rubber into North America. Today it has become a forward-thinking, digital-first inspired industry leader. GCP sources materials from various countries around the world and was one of the first to make inroads into China.
Gary has been a Strategic Coach client for over 30 years and associate coach for over 25. He and his wife are proud grandparents and the parents of two entrepreneurial grown children.
