In this episode, I talk about the power of Asking. Too often we assume we know that our expectations are the same as other people's expectations. But not everyone is us. Not everyone thinks like us. You might avoid a dramatic Pivot if you do one thing: A.S.K. If they tell you what they want, then you are way far ahead of the game when it comes to delivering what they want. Not just in business, but in your personal life as well, your family life. If might require a Shift, but it likely won't require a complete Pivot!
