Description

In this episode, I am with Calvin Sun, he is the director of Informational Products and a senior coach at Invictus fitness. He's one of the original coaches and has been with the Invictus community from the very beginning.  He has coached athletes to 12 national championships in the sport of powerlifting and is the creator of the strength development program at Invictus. 

Also, he’s the co-author of the Invictus mindset. He has knowledge in areas like biomechanics performance, psychology, human nutrition, and athletic performance.

We dive deeper into the effects of the keto diet, the role of hyperplasia in terms of recovery, tips when doing practice, and many more interesting topics.
