Fred Mandell is a painter a sculptor, launched not for profit organization The Global Institute for the Arts and Leadership, taught the highly rated arts-based program at MIT Sloan School of Management entitled “The Leader as Artist.” He is founding principal of Creating Futures That Work, a firm which uses arts-based experiential learning to help leaders, managers, high potentials and teams develop the problem solving, innovation, creativity and collaboration skills they need to succeed. 21 year career at American Express Financial Advisors. Fred holds a Ph.D. in history from the University of Chicago and an Ed.M. in psychology from Boston University.
