Anxiety, stress, depression, fear, anger, heartbreak.. no human enjoys feeling these ways. Here's the thing, all of those feelings/emotions are just as important as the good ones. In fact, good and negative emotions go hand in hand.
In today's episode about why feeling all your feelings is so important to any healing process, and why healing won't truly happen if you don't do this.
I know crying on the bathroom floor, struggling to breath when you get terrible news, feeling sad/lost etc isn't fun. It's not comfortable. Being vulnerable is hard. We all have to go through this and experience this in life. It's part of the human experience, you're not alone.
