This week we have a conversation about seasonal affective depression/disorder.

Winter just arrived and for many this form of depression is starting to or already has set in, so I thought it would be a great topic to end 2021 with. Mental illness in general isn't taken seriously be enough people, so I feel season affective depression has heavy stigmas around it. I want to help end that!

During our chat I explain what this form of depression is, how it affects me, and what three things really help me keep my seasonal affective disorder in check as much as possible.
