Defeat negative whispering in your ears by not adhering to them. I implore you to rather crave positive attitudes - in the way you think/ where or how you focus your mind. Place your thinking energy, on the things that are pure, true, lovely, and most importantly Godly.
Feeding on healthy words will help you to make the right choice, whatever age group you are.
