In this heartfelt and honest video, I open up about my journey through grief as a mother who has lost a child. This experience is one that profoundly affects the body, mind, and spirit, especially as anniversaries and memories resurface. I share the importance of being kind to yourself, allowing space to feel and process emotions without pressure or judgment from others.

Grief is a unique journey for each person, and it's okay to take it one day at a time. Sometimes, the support we expect from others may not be there, but God always finds a way to send comfort, whether through unexpected people or quiet moments of peace. I encourage all who are grieving to find solace in loving memories, seek out small moments of joy, and remember that it's okay to take time for yourself.

This message is also for those who want to support someone in grief: be gentle, understanding, and present. Even small gestures of kindness can make a big difference. Whether it's a text, a walk, or simply listening, your compassion can bring comfort during difficult times.

To all who are walking this path of bereavement, remember that you are not alone. Let’s continue to lean on faith, cherish the memories, and move forward, knowing that we are fearfully and wonderfully made.
