There's so much healing that can occur mentally and physically when we take a reset, whether big or small.
This is the sixth episode in my solo series where I'll be breaking down the word INSPIRED and talk about what each letter represents to me and how we can all use it to uplift our own lives.
In today's episode we'll be talking about the letter "R" representing "RESET". I love the word and what it represents. We basically have the power and freedom to choose when and how often we want to allow ourselves a reset.
