Description

Today's episode introduces a friend of Woven Fertility, Ikea. Like many women, she began experiencing painful periods at a young age, and kept being told it was "normal" at every turn. When she eventually heard of endometriosis, she began advocating for her needs and researching the best form of treatment. Hear her history of pain, her road to diagnosis through advocacy, and her education about complete excision surgery for treatment.  If you'd like to follow her story from here, you can find her on Instagram @thrive.with.endo!

This episode is appropriate for all audiences, but does once mention the word sex.
