Description

Many of us may not come out and say, "My body is bad!" But how many of us confidently proclaim, "My body is good!" Negative thoughts about our body sneak into our lives in unexpected ways. I'm not talking body image, but an even deeper sense that something is wrong or bad about our bodies. Today's episode explores ways we encounter and consume this message so that we can see & acknowledge them, and then goes to our solid source of truth to get the answer on whether or not our body is bad.

NOTE: This episode is appropriate for most audiences, and does use the term breasts.
Caitlin's Note: All biblical references were read from ESV. A more preferred translation of Genesis 5:1b-2 is NRSV, which can be found here.
