Eat, drink & be merry is almost synonymous with the Christmas holidays but can too much of a good thing really be that good after all? In this special Christmas episode Eve challenges Rose to experience the two extremes of enjoying the festivities. We've decided on this challenge to question whether we really do have to completely overindulge to just then feel utterly rubbish come the beginning of the year? Is there perhaps a more relaxed way of enjoying Christmas with all of the foods, booze and fare that we love to enjoy but just a more moderate way of doing it? Or is being more mindful, well, just a bit boring? In this episode we also give you some tips and advice on how to manage and mitigate some of the highs and lows of the festive holidays including immune support, non-alcoholic tipples and how to create pockets of recovery in amongst the madness. The challenge: Rose is literally Ms Santa. She absolutely LOVES Christmas and will definitely be out and about over the holidays. So with this in mind she needs to decide on two nights where she goes all out and indulges on every level. Saying yes to everything including booze, food, singing, dancing etc. with no holds barred approach. In contrast she will also need to decide on two nights that are much more mindful and low key with no alcohol, being conscious of her food choices and trying to get to bed before midnight. Let’s see how she gets on... With creative input from OneFinePlayHere are some of the brands we mentioned in the episode: https://www.noughtyaf.com/ (https://www.noughtyaf.com) https://clean.co/ (https://clean.co) https://seedlipdrinks.com/uk/ (https://seedlipdrinks.com/uk/) https://www.altrient.com/products/altrient-c (https://www.altrient.com/products/altrient-c)https://kalla.com/gb (https://kalla.com/gb) https://www.symprove.com/ (https://www.symprove.com) https://www.renewlife.com/ (https://www.renewlife.com) https://www.quicksilverscientific.com/ (https://www.quicksilverscientific.com)
