We are into the F1 summer break and that means no cars on track for a while.
We've been lucky enough to get some guests lined up to fill the void and we kick things off by welcoming Helz from the F1 Threads community to the pod.
If you are not familiar with Threads then it is the Meta version of X and has been really booming recently in terms of users and the growth of the F1 community. It also seems to be much less toxic than the app formerly known as Twitter.
Helz has been a very active member of F1 Threads and officially welcomes all new members.
Helz takes a run at both the 100 Seconds of DRS and the quiz, Who wants to host the Dirty Side.
In between we chat about their F1 origin story as well as views on the currennt season.
