Born and raised in Alaska, Luke has had a fly rod in his hands for over 38 years and has chased fish all over the world, including in eastern Africa, New Zealand, Canada, and in pretty much every state in the “lower 48.” Luke guides for Confluence Outfitters (@confluenceoutfitters) on the Lower Sacramento, Trinity, and a handful of other rivers and creeks in Northern California. Luke is a “Jack-of-all-trades” wannabe “renaissance man” with 2 master’s degrees, a passion for videography & photography, and a love for great food & good people! When not guiding, he’s often editing videos for the Confluence social media accounts or his own.
