On this episode we site down with Amanda Winkelman. Born and raised in the PNW just northwest of Seattle. A mom of 5 kids.
Amanda always had a love for water; Rivers, lakes, and ocean. Being a creative lady, color, texture and design. was another facination of hers. In fact she was published in a few International paper crafting publications for her work with color and textur in the mediums of ink and paper.
Began tying and learning all things spey fishing. Now selling her flies both on her won and thru a local fly shop.
"I believe there's something to fishing, to spay casting, to standing in a rive, to interacting with creatures that Thrive by swimming against the current that allows us humans, as creatures of hustle and stress to better be able to have a whole life experience".
"Spey casting, fly fishing, and fly tying show us that when we slow down and focus on what is important, it always works out in the end".
