On this episode we head to bench with Wes Penny.
Wes has been around the block. Quite literally , he retired from the police force after serving 20 years. Afterwards he spent 7 yrs at Douglas Lake Ranch doing security & range patrol, occupational health & safety, mgr @ Stoney Lake Lodge.
Now living on Vancouver island and fishing in the Lake Cowichan area.
Fishing and tying background is mostly stillwater but recently focused on more river pattern.
Wes’s goal is to be different and original in tying while still tying fishable patterns.
