Heading into the interior of BC, to talk with Deb Paskall. We chat about her journey into fly fishing, what the out doors mean to her, tying flies, and so much more.
Deb grew up on the Sunshine Coast in BC, and has been fishing all her life. In 1998 she began fly fishing. In 2004, Deb began tying her own flies. She ties trout and salmon flies for both moving and stillwater, as well as salt and freshwater patterns. She has developed a number of successful patterns especially for trout and salmon. A lifelong love of the outdoors, she fishes year-round.
She is currently a Pro Team member with Semperfli as well as part of the Pro Team with Sport Fishing On The Fly show.
Deb is also a member of the Osprey Fly Fishers of BC.
