On this episode we sit down with Brandy H. We chat about her adventures into flyfishing. Being fairly new to the sport, yet extremely passionate. Brandy shares her journey of fly fishing lakes, rivers and oceans. The pure joy of being outdoors on a body of water.
Brandy was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, she is now an independent mother of two boys and a 20 year employee of a corporate communications company.
More recently they adopted a puppy (Tippet), you can typically find these four playing in the Rocky Mountains and fishing the many rivers in Southern, Alberta. Brandy strives to increase the longevity of the fish in their waters by supporting her fellow conservationists, keeping fish wet, fishing barbless, leaving spaces as she found them and teaching her young songs the same. Last she hopes by sharing their adventures she can convince more women and mothers they can do the same.
