Description

In this episode, I talk about the inconsistencies with milk promotion in America. Milk is painted to be a superfood of some sort, but the shadow side of it is not often discussed. I provide some facts surrounding milk and really try to get to the core of why the red flags it raises seem to be looked at through rose colored glasses.
