This episode is about understanding how to take reasonable  action to whatever level of commitment you are making.

This episode starts with a quote that stopped me in my tracks and had me thinking about what I think is missing when we are defining staying committed.

This comes full circle with what I believe is the true magic to long lasting commitment.

Taking care of your health is a lifelong commitment is a BIG commitment so learn how smaller commitments along the way lead you to optimum health .
