On this weeks show we are talking all about what we are excited to try at this years EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival! As well as the re-theming of Splash Mountain to Tiana's Bayou Adventure and the Disney Wish. One thing we did not get to talk about, because it came out after we recorded, is character dining is returning to some fan favorite locations! You can read all about it here.

What we are excited to try:

Anna:

1. Belgium - Beer-Braised Beef served with Smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes
2. Brazil -Pão de Queijo: Brazilian Cheese Bread (gluten/wheat-friendly; Emile's Fromage Montage item)
3.  China - Dandan Noodles: Spicy Pork with Sichuan Sauce, Peanut Butter, Sesame and Green Onion
4. Flavors from Fire - Smoked Corned Beef with Crispy Potatoes, Cheese Curds, Pickled Onions and Beer-Cheese Fondue (Emile's Fromage Montage item)
5. Fry Basket, which is new - Adobo Yuca Fries with Garlic-Cilantro Aïoli (plant-based and gluten/wheat-friendly)
6. Mac and Eats, opens August 15, Cowboy Macaroni & Cheese with Smoked Pork Belly, Brisket Burnt Ends, Pickled Peppers, Onion Straws and Barbecue Aïoli (Emile's Fromage Montage item)
7. Mexico - Tostada de Barbacoa: Barbacoa Beef on a Fried Corn Tortilla with Chipotle Black Beans, Salsa Verde, Mexican Crema, Queso Fresco and Chives (gluten/wheat-friendly)
