In this episode of Wings Podcast we meet Anoushka Shah, a graduate with a Masters degree in International Relations and Social Anthropology from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. At a very young age, Anoushka was compelled to pivot her career path after the untimely and unexpected loss of her father. She had to take on a leadership role as the Head of Business Development and Operations in her family business, the Perfect Group, established in 1964, which specialises in precision engine component manufacturing. In this role, she collaborates and partners with major Indian and Global automotive OEMs. In addition to this corporate role, art and community services have been a pivotal part of her life serving as powerful anchors in coping with complexities of personal and professional life.
