In this episode of Wings Podcast we meet Indraneel Chitale, a fourth generation partner at the eight decades old ‘Chitale Group.’ Indraneel joined the family business in 2011 and was systematically groomed through multiple organisation roles. He led a project to build a two lakh sq. ft. factory that started the group’s foray into Mithai and Namkeen packaging and distribution through 60+ Chitale Bandhu stores and more than 2.5 lakh retailers and super markets across India as well as in global markets. Startups, angel investing and industry level policy making are his other priorities. Formally trained in tabla, keyboard and drums, Indraneel’s music playlist is a heady mix of Indian classical music as well as western pop and rock.
