When California passed its "name, image and likeness" bill, Michelle Meyer knew that she needed to do some digging into the topic. Through this process, she created the NIL Network, a resource hub for athletes, coaches, and administrators to utilize in navigating the NIL industry.
As the NIL has become more prevalent and topical in the past 12 months, she now finds herself in the athlete office of San Diego State University as the NIL Coordinator.
