Charlie Hardage
Charlie has been in IT sales for 12+ years working with Dell, Google, and Google Value-Added Resellers. Before becoming a Real Estate Professional, he was previously the Senior Sales Director of North America for a location intelligence company. He holds a Bachelor’s of International Business from Harding University and a Master’s Degree from Columbia University. Charlie previously was in the United States Army for 5 years as an Infantry team leader, where he earned numerous service medals including a Combat Infantry Badge and Purple Heart. After the military, Charlie got his real estate license and worked as a residential agent. Charlie has been investing in real estate since 2017. Currently, he has $130m AUM. He is a General Partner on 2 deals and a Limited Partner on 2. Charlie is a Co-Founder of H&K Investment Group LLC, focused on providing his database of high- and ultra high-net-worth investors with 100+ unit value-add apartment complex investments.
