He has over 12 years’ experience in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and operation of more than 3,000 single and multi-family rental units in Texas, Arkansas, Memphis Tennessee, and Atlanta. Jade has over $280M in real estate assets under control and/or ownership, along with 15+ years’ legal and management experience in major law firms. In addition to multiple law degrees, he holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
