He is General Partners in a 263-unit class B+ apartment complex in Ocala, 135-unit class C apartment complex in Tampa, 120 door class A memory care facility (under development) in the Villages, FL and a 20-unit class B+ waterfront condo community in Dunedin, FL. In addition, Jim has invested in another 5 multifamily assets totaling over 1800+ doors, owns multiple single-family rentals and works on several fix and flips annually.
Jim has worked in the Hospitality Management field for more than 20 years and has developed strong relationships in the industry.
