John is the COO, Founder & Co-Managing Partner of JID Investments LLC (JIDI), a real estate private money and equity investment firm that specializes in residential, commercial & mixed-use real estate business and/or investment opportunities. He serves in a variety of roles, including operations, marketing and advertising, investor and client relations, due diligence (both financial and reputational), and sourcing capital.
JIDI has $23M invested on eleven executing projects in several thriving real estate markets (Washington, DC; Frederick, MD; Richmond, VA, Fairfax, VA; Charlotte, NC, Charleston, SC, and Atlanta, GA).
John served honorably as a Naval Aviator for 20 years. In 2008, he received his Master of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
