Rama is the Founder of USHA Investment Group LLC. He has a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, India, and a corporate background in I.T. Rama has been investing in real estate since 2015 in NC, FL, and MD. He’s an equity partner in 750+ multifamily units; GP in 64 units. With more than 15 years as an IT professional, Rama Krishna brings his experience in analyzing markets, underwriting deals, raising capital, and asset management. He is both an active and passive investor in multi-family apartment syndications.
