In episode 12, I discuss my view on anxiety and how this perspective has changed my mindset and ability to manage it. I also discuss 15 concrete ways that have helped me manage anxiety. As always, these are not end all be all, it is simply a list of things that work for me after years of trial and error. Be sure to consult a physician if changing your diet or adding supplements. This conversation is near and dear to my heart and could do a podcast solely on anxiety. Please know that I am here for you and you are not alone. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need someone to speak with.

My challenge for you this week is: if you suffer from anxiety, choose one new tool to try. Remember that it’s trial and error and you’ll never know what works for you until you try it.
