1) Everybody got the coolest travel mugs for Administrative Appreciation Day
2) Buzzsprout has 6600 downloads
3) Update on the 48 Unit: We're set to close on May 16th. Everything should be good.
4) Another storage unit deal that may or may not work out. Eric is going to call the owner today and make our cash offer
5) Update on the first storage unit: We are moving forward, the first right of refusal that was in place was turned down by the holder
6) We found a JV offer for 38 unit but it will most likely be a wholesale instead
7) We are going to have a monthly meet up and networking opportunity here locally
8) We’ll head to Atlanta in two weeks to learn more about what the 1% do with the 1% of their money
9) Nutrition and health update: We made progress even while travelling
