I was thinking about something and could not stop marinating on the particular situation. I shouldn't let it affect my mindset or make me feel like I'm not good enough, or whatever. There was no weight to that person's comment, so I stopped thinking about it. That's a lesson we all need to learn or hear again from time to time.

You could have relatives that don’t invest and live paycheck to paycheck. If they criticize you, bring out the ruler. Do they know what they're doing? And are they investing? Where are they in life? What have they done? And is their feedback even worth anything?
Find your inner circle because this circle understands your world. You can find people in your circle that you respect, have been where you're going, and have the knowledge and experience to help you. Don’t take criticism from somebody you wouldn’t take advice from.
