We have always given back and we've always figured out a way, even when we were growing and weren't even profitable, we would find ways to give back to organizations monetarily or with our time. And it was just something that has always been important to us. The bigger we get, the more front of mind it becomes. We're very intentional in how we give back.

In a recent mastermind Eddie Wilson kept using this phrase, “Cause Capitalism.” It's very much about the passion and the fulfillment that you have. Use the passion for giving to motivate you to grow and do more. Investing and building businesses can be challenging at times, having a bigger purpose often gives us the drive to push through obstacles and the hard times.
Ultimately we want to define which organizations we truly want to support to give a piece of the cashflow consistently. Then we can donate to organizations every month, whether it is $1,000, $5,000, or $10,000 a month. Then this income isn't a random give, it is a consistent give, because we're doing it intentionally and as a part of what we want to do as we grow all of these businesses. It brings a whole new energy and drive to what we're doing.
