What's been happening this past week?
1) Doors. We currently have 444 doors and have another 129 closing this month.
2) Scorecard Reporting. Freedom Capital Investments started implementing it this week because we brought on three Acquisition Specialists and three Investor Relations team members.
3) Our New Guest Podcast is Launching. This will be a way for us to share what we learn from other successful entrepreneurs and business owners while building relationships along the way, and not just inside Real Estate!
4) 48-unit Refinance. We are nearing the end of our refinance on our 48 units. We are evaluating whether we want to sell the 8-unit or keep it in the portfolio.
