In today’s episode, what's been happening this past week?
1) Living in Florida Updates. We made a commitment to do this for 365 days so we're doing it but sometimes we're really tired. We're so incredibly grateful for our team because everybody's handling everything while we are getting things done here in our new home.
2) We are outsourcing a new marketing team beginning this September to focus on FCI social media branding, online platform build out, and other big things for us on a project-based consulting.
3) We are so excited to be closing on our 16 unit deal. Ken, our partner, had been diligently working on with attorneys and figuring out what needed to be done.
4) We are hosting FCI Events virtually and in person to get to know more people and be more present and available.
5) We will be traveling back to Ohio this coming August 24-27, 2022. We will be hosting a give back event on the 24th. Then we will meet our operations manager who is traveling from South Carolina to meet us there for those three days so we'll be spending time with him, walking properties, until the 26th. Lastly, Eric is hosting the first FCI event on the 27th.
