This is the aggressive type of investing personality and the one who is a little bit careless. You're watching other people do things, listening to them and only basing your decisions on the end result and expecting the same exact thing will happen to you. Our admonishment to you is to find that middle ground. That middle ground is research and establishing relationships with people who are going to educate you, answer your questions, allow you the time you need to be able to answer those questions without delaying it. Fear of missing out is not a good thing. If you see something that's crazy and somebody's making millions, don't go dump your money in, unless you've got money to burn. An example of FOMO is when we invested in cryptocurrency and were not successful. We made a decision to invest some of our available funds based on the stories we heard and took a tremendous risk. What we do to see on social media is the journey or how we got there. The point to FOMO is that it is not a great idea to invest before asking the questions or identifying the amount of money you're willing to burn. And social media seems to promote FOMO because it advertises that success is achieved by following an easy path And nothing in life is easy. We have tried so many different things, different industries, we've just dabbled in everything then we fell in love with real estate. That's why we're here. And we're here to stay.
